I was looking for a place for myself and my 3 kids on a limited budget in hot market where homes were getting multiple offers the day they were listed. Martha found me the perfect townhome, in my budget, in the perfect neighborhood. There were 20 offers and Martha used her expertise to make an offer that gave me the best chance of being accepted. I am so grateful for her knowledge and experience in the industry.

We both travel and are not from the area. Martha did an excellent job in understanding the requirements and wish list, showing us the various areas around the Fox Valley, explaining the advantages/disadvantages to each areas, and arranging for multiple house tours during our tight timelines and schedules. She professionally handled the negotiations, advised on local resources, was available to be reached at anytime and was highly responsive. We love our house and plan to use her the next time we relocate.

She knows the market and is a rock solid realist on listing price guidance. The objective being to sell the home at the highest possible price. As her client, one can ask no more. Being beautifully staged and optimistically priced, our home sold quickly. Martha then guided the process from "Offer" to "Closing" and was on top of everything, keeping me fully involved as necessary. Martha was more consultant than real estate agent representing me as a seller. What was important to me as a client was important to her. Simply put, what can be a trying process was a positive experience. I suspect that if I had been a buyer, the experience would have been equally positive. Her thoughtful recommendations for sprucing up the home, providing a professional photographer for our online photos and ads, and having a realtors' open house made a huge difference for us. In a slow market, she was able to bring in more realtors, brokers, and potential buyers in one week than we had seen in the three months prior.
